Use a stereo player that can play from two separate files, such us Nvidia 3D Vision Video Player, 3dtv.at Stereoscopic Player, or sView.
Watch at 100% zoom, because at smaller resolution grain differences cannot be seen.
The best viewing method is using shutter glasses.
Polarized screen that uses interleaving is not recommended, since grain sizes are in the order of one pixel, and the effect will disappear.
In this case you can try viewing at 200% zoom and looking from distance.

The left channel is common for all 3 methods.
The right channel can be one of the three:
-uncorrelated
-ounsurface
-ours

The files were compressed using h264 codec.
If you have problems with playing them, try installing haali media splitter (http://haali.su/mkv/) and/or ffdshow (http://ffdshow-tryout.sourceforge.net/).
